Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking highly skilled Sales Consultants to join our team in Southbank, Melbourne. As a Sales Consultant, you will manage sales activity and customer experience for our engaged member base.
  • You will be responsible for responding to inquiries by phone, electronically, or in person, answering simultaneous customer enquiries promptly and professionally, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Your key responsibilities will also include recommending workable solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring daily follow-up and ownership of customer sales enquiries, and displaying initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.

We're looking for someone who is personable, approachable, and professional, with a passion for helping customers find the perfect luxury holiday. If you have a background in phone-based sales, especially in the travel industry, your skills will be highly regarded.
