In this role, you will be working closely with our members to understand their needs and preferences, and then using your knowledge of our products and services to create personalized solutions that meet their goals.

As a Weekend Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, and providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with selling our packages to customers, helping them to create an incredible travel experience with us.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
  • Selling our packages to customers and helping them to create a personalized travel experience
  • Managing customer relationships and building strong rapport with our members
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of luxury travel industry and products/services
