Travel Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Professional to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

  • Manage all customer inquiries face-to-face, by phone, or electronically.
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering general information about services, packages, and pricing.
  • Recommend solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell packages to increase revenue.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Personable, approachable, and professional with a passion for helping customers find their perfect luxury holiday.
  • Background in retail sales, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ability to thrive in a competitive setting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as well as extended Christmas trading hours.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a strong focus on customer sales.
