We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Professional to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.
- Manage all customer inquiries face-to-face, by phone, or electronically.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering general information about services, packages, and pricing.
- Recommend solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the business.
- Upsell and cross-sell packages to increase revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Personable, approachable, and professional with a passion for helping customers find their perfect luxury holiday.
- Background in retail sales, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ability to thrive in a competitive setting.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as well as extended Christmas trading hours.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a strong focus on customer sales.
