Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Travel Sales Consultant. As a key member of our customer sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, electronically or in person and make sales pitches accordingly.
  • Provide customers with general information relating to services, packages and pricing in a prompt, competent and professional manner.
  • Offer workable solutions that meet the needs of both the business and the customer.
  • Recommend package upgrades to customers and ensure daily follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement, resolving complaints where applicable within specified time frames.

Requirements:
  • Background in phone-based sales, preferably in the travel industry.
