Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Luxury Lifestyle Specialist to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our discerning members.


About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leisure travel requests, handling bookings, and providing personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with global suppliers to arrange luxury holidays, using GDS systems such as Amadeus to find the best solutions.
  • Utilize commercial judgement and expertise to design bespoke itineraries that meet our clients' expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring timely updates on their travel plans and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a flight sales role within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business.
  • GDS proficiency with hands-on experience using one or more Global Distribution Systems (preferably Amadeus).
  • Strong knowledge of luxury destinations, hotels, and resorts, with a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
