Senior Travel Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Travel Concierge to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in designing luxury holidays for affluent clients. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences by handling leisure travel requests from our global members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Travel Arrangements
  • Manage bookings for scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flights, focusing on first and business-class travel.
  • Use commercial judgement and expertise with GDS (preferably Amadeus) and job management systems to find the best travel solutions.

You will work closely with our members to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized service that exceeds their expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a dedicated flight sales role within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business. You should have hands-on experience with one or more Global Distribution Systems (preferably Amadeus), including complex multi-sector bookings and round-the-world routings.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent knowledge of destinations, and a strong understanding of different travel styles. You will be committed to delivering outstanding customer service, willing to go the extra mile, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a dedicated flight sales role within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business.
  • Skill Set
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, a wide variety of leisure and city destinations, as well as different travel styles.
