Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Field Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios and liaise with field agents
  • Ensure timely data entry, customer reporting, and data management
  • Meet quality assurance targets by maintaining high standards in all tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions to stay updated on best practices
  • Prepare comprehensive client reports and documentation
  • Proactively manage client and field agent information

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service/administration experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
  • Confidence in handling objections and building rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable
