About the Role

The Portfolio Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing in driving new business opportunities and sales activities across the hotel portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Accor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and operational details to effectively handle site inspections and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing leadership team to develop and execute marketing and e-commerce strategies, coordinating sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure the collection and organization of all Sales and Marketing correspondence within the hotel, working closely with other departments, including Reservations.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in preparing proposals, drafting documents, mail-outs, and outgoing communication materials to drive hotel sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and follow up using initiative to secure sales.
  • Support the distribution of marketing materials, such as hotel brochures and sales kits, for external promotions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Understanding of effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent administration and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
