Job Title: Finance Manager

Perigon Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a high-priority project focused on cash flow management and reconciliations.

About the Role:

This is a key opportunity to drive strategic initiatives to optimize cash flow processes and support financial control. As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to cash flow management and financial reconciliations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring timelines and objectives are met within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, developing solutions to enhance cash flow visibility and reconciliation accuracy.
  • Monitor project progress, create detailed reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cash flow and reconciliations, providing guidance and insights to internal teams.
  • Utilize financial systems and software for analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and CPA/CA qualified.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally with a focus on cash flow management and reconciliations.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects within multinational environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
