About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting functions of our company, including financial reporting, compliance, audit, cash flow forecasting, tax, and analysis of group entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance, audit, cash flow forecasting, tax, and analysis of group entities.
  • Oversee project budgets, conduct financial analyses, and ensure cost control in property projects.
  • Take charge of the company's taxation affairs, actively seeking project finance opportunities, and maintaining compliance with Group Finance policies.
  • Provide dynamic commercial support to the Group, enhancing operational performance through detailed analysis, reports, and advice.
  • Conduct regular reviews of P&L results, address cash-flow issues, and continuously review business processes.
  • Coordinate, manage, and report the financial results of the Group, along with supervising and leading the existing accounting team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager with property developers.
  • CA/CPA qualification and degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful, driving for results and ability to work autonomously.
