We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Services Project Manager to join our Business Implementation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Senior Financial Services Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of workstream tasks, validating deliverables, tracking milestones, and managing risks. They will coordinate both local and offshore teams, including Operations, IT, and project staff, to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to motivate teams and manage complex projects. A minimum of 8 years' experience in project management is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams, providing clear direction and guidance to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates, progress reports, and issue escalation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Financial Services Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly in client onboarding and business change projects.
  • Leadership and Project Management Experience: Proven track record of leading complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving business growth.
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Self-Motivation and Adaptability: Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
