Teaching Positions for Autism Spectrum Students

We are seeking qualified teachers to collaborate with allied health professionals and families to educate students on the autism spectrum. Our school is a unique educational setting located in New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and families to develop individualized education plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of student abilities and identify barriers to learning.
- Design and implement programs that cater to the developmental needs of students.
- Registration with the National Education Standards Authority (NESA) to teach in NSW.
- Strong expertise in lesson planning and teaching in individual and group settings.
- Understanding of positive behavioral support (PBS) framework principles and skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with students who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- NSW Working With Children Check clearance for paid employment.
- Commitment to Christian values and ability to work within our school's ethos.
