We are seeking a dedicated educator to create a tailored learning environment for students on the autism spectrum.
About Our SchoolOur school provides a supportive placement for approximately 120 students aged 4 to 16 years, with a multi-disciplinary approach including student support, family involvement, and collaboration with professionals such as psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
Key Responsibilities- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students on the autism spectrum.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to cater to diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to provide comprehensive support services.
- NESA registration to teach in NSW.
- Special Education qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience working with students on the autism spectrum or intellectual disability.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities for career advancement.
- A full-time base salary of $90k - $127k + superannuation.
