Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team in delivering evidence-informed solutions that cater to the individual needs of students on the autism spectrum.

As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary approach, you will work closely with other professionals to develop and deliver quality learning programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain new skills and experience, helping you reach your professional goals.

This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on our journey alongside Dr Lyn Sharratt to focus on data, demonstrating growth of students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students on the autism spectrum by creating tailored learning environments through evidence-based best practices
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated teacher aide and other professionals to develop and implement quality learning programs
Qualifications and Requirements
  • NESA registration to teach in NSW
  • Special Education qualifications preferred
  • Proven experience working with students on the autism spectrum or with other intellectual disabilities
  • NSW Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment
  • Current driver's licence (depending on school location/requirements)
  • Light Rigid (LR) driver's licence desirable
  • International police clearance may be required
