Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team. As Assistant Manager / Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and overseeing the night audit function. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front Office operations to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
  • Monitor and achieve hotel targets around RPS, NPS, Loyalty, and room upselling.
  • Ensure the effective operation of the night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller.
  • Monitor VIPs, special guests, and their requests to ensure their needs are met and loyalty is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles with a proven success record in busy environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other leaders in the business.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A commitment to undertaking development with Novotel Brisbane South Bank and the global Accor hotels network.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • Flexibility regarding work availability, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays.
