About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team at Aon. As an Insurance Policy Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Brokers and clients with their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency and endorsements
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

About You

We are looking for a driven and experienced self-starter with strong administration and customer service skills. You will have experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts, client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience, and experience across general insurance products. You will also have a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or be willing to obtain this. You will be proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines, and have excellent attention to detail.
