Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and execute policy administration tasks, including the preparation of quotes, processing new business, handling endorsements, cancellations, and renewals within our systems.
  • Oversee and respond to inquiries from centralized mailboxes and insurance workflow systems.
  • Address and resolve exceptions from offshore teams, ensuring seamless progression of tasks for our clients.
  • Promote a culture of cross-training within the team to enhance overall performance.
  • Update and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed, identifying trends to minimize exceptions and improve client satisfaction.
  • Assist with underwriting requests as necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and guidelines.
  • Prioritize customer-centric approaches in all operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a business operations capacity, demonstrating high performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
