Roster Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our central residential team. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, and experience in rostering, scheduling or high-level administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily and forward filling of rosters for residential care homes
- Build partnerships with the Payroll team to prepare rosters and assist with pay queries
- Reconcile actual and shift hours
- Process roster change forms
- Liaise with residential sites regarding shifts
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to support the management of vacant shifts
- Publish fortnightly rosters
- Reconcile and update rosters daily according to check-in/check-out procedures
- Undertake regular reporting and flag any trends and/or concerns
- Undertake other administrative tasks as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or high-level administration
- Prioritisation skills and ability to manage rosters in a volume environment
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and multiple databases
Requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccinations statement (at least 3 doses)
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate in business administration or equivalent relevant qualification
