Roster Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our central residential team. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, and experience in rostering, scheduling or high-level administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily and forward filling of rosters for residential care homes
  • Build partnerships with the Payroll team to prepare rosters and assist with pay queries
  • Reconcile actual and shift hours
  • Process roster change forms
  • Liaise with residential sites regarding shifts
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to support the management of vacant shifts
  • Publish fortnightly rosters
  • Reconcile and update rosters daily according to check-in/check-out procedures
  • Undertake regular reporting and flag any trends and/or concerns
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or high-level administration
  • Prioritisation skills and ability to manage rosters in a volume environment
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and multiple databases

Requirements:

  • COVID-19 vaccinations statement (at least 3 doses)
  • A Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate in business administration or equivalent relevant qualification
