As a Rostering & Staffing Specialist, you will lead and communicate with front-line staff to deliver operational stability for residents, their families, and visiting health professionals.

This role involves leading roster management, backfilling shifts, and managing requests for new shifts across our workforce. You will also partner with our corporate team to ensure accurate and up-to-date rostering system data.

  • Lead all interactions with staff on site on fortnightly allocations, roster changes, picking up additional shifts, and communication of available/new shifts.
  • Provide training and user access to our timekeeping system and related troubleshooting.
  • Maintain confidential rostering information as per company policies and code of conduct expectations.

As a key member of the operational team, you will help ensure our operations run smoothly for residents and their families.
