Rostering & Staffing Specialist Role

The Rostering & Staffing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring operational stability at our facilities.

This fast-paced position involves leading, communicating, and managing front-line staff across day, afternoon, and night shifts to deliver quality care to residents.

  • Manage daily master rosters, backfill shifts, and requests for new shifts across the workforce.
  • Partner with the corporate workforce optimisation team to ensure accurate rostering system data and forecasting for better resource management.
  • Lead interactions with staff on site regarding allocations, roster changes, and communication of available/new shifts.
  • Provide training and user access to timekeeping systems and related troubleshooting.
  • Maintain confidential rostering information according to our policies and code of conduct expectations.

This role requires extensive staff rostering experience, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively with operational teams and staff.
