
Rostering and Staffing Operations Manager

This role leads, communicates and manages all front-line roles that work on day, afternoon and night shift patterns to deliver operational stability for residents, their families and visiting health professionals.
- Manage the entire rostering process, including backfilling of shifts and requests for new shifts across our direct, contracting and labour hire workforce.
- Collaborate with the corporate workforce optimisation team to ensure accurate and up-to-date rostering system data for better resource management.
- Communicate fortnightly allocations, roster changes and available shifts with staff to ensure daily shifts are filled and have backups.
- Train staff on timekeeping systems and troubleshoot any issues.
- Maintain confidential rostering information in accordance with company policies and code of conduct expectations.
- Work closely with site leadership teams to ensure 24/7 facilities have adequate staff and backup support.
We thrive in fast-paced environments where you can be a professional 'juggler' while maintaining calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. You must hold a valid NDIS Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
- Prior experience in staff rostering is mandatory.
- You will lead interactions with staff on-site.
- Be an excellent communicator, your attention to detail via phone, email and in person is crucial.
- Experience with Roster 'Bid Manager' tools is highly regarded.
