About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting individuals with high physical and challenging behaviours. The successful candidate will provide personal care, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular team meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to participants with complex needs, including personal care and daily living activities
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports within required standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve participant goals and outcomes
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in health and wellbeing
  • At least two years' full-time work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
