Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our Critical Supports Services Team in Capalaba. As a vital member of our team, you will assist customers with complex needs, providing exceptional care and innovative strategies to help them overcome daily challenges.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and compassion. You will work closely with customers, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized support plans that promote independence and quality of life.

About You
  • You have 1 year of experience working in the disability sector, preferably with individuals who have complex needs.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and their families.
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You hold a current Open Driver's License and a First Aid and CPR Certificate.
