We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Plena Healthcare, a national allied health provider with over 20 years' experience. Our physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, speech pathologists, and dietitians are passionate about delivering personalized care to clients in aged care, community, and disability settings.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, clinical recommendations, and evidence-based therapy programs to support consumers' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify consumers' needs and develop tailored therapy programs.
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to improve consumers' functional abilities and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to Plena Healthcare's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Australian working rights and willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
