Reservations Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at our 241-room premium hotel in the heart of Sydney.

  • Coordinate group booking enquiries via phone and email, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Input and manage reservations accurately in line with hotel policies and timelines, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare group information sheets and liaise with hotel teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support payment processing, rooming lists, cancellations, and terms and conditions, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with group reports, forecasts, and statistics for the Reservations and Sales teams, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Maintain professional communication with guests, agents, and internal stakeholders while upholding industry standards and exceptional service principles. Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a Reservations or Front Office role, preferably within hospitality, and possesses strong knowledge and understanding of hotel operations. A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills is required to multitask, prioritise and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
