Senior Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Manager to facilitate all aspects of Quality Management related to Cellular Therapies within the Haematology Clinical Research Unit at Concord Hospital.
The scope of this role will be to develop, implement, monitor and audit standard operating procedures as applied to clinical practice within the cellular therapy and clinical research programs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective quality management processes.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Health Sciences or biological sciences or a related discipline.
- Experience in cellular therapy and/or bone marrow transplantation.
- Proven experience in managing and negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
