**Job Title:** Claims and Insurance ManagerWe are seeking a leader to drive results, improve processes, and develop high-performing teams in our North Service Centre.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can oversee all aspects of performance, ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer information, and manage a diverse team of skills, capabilities, and experience.
  • Effectively administer and finalise claims and insurance tasks on the North Platform.
  • Oversee the daily administration and finalisation of all claims and insurance tasks performed by onshore and offshore claims and insurance teams.
  • Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer information relevant to the resolution of North claims and insurance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Leadership experience with a fast-paced customer/client service-oriented team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a collaborative high-performance culture.
  • Sound understanding of the financial services industry, relevant regulators, and current/proposed financial services regulatory and legislative requirements.
