Our company is seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology and providing exceptional customer service.

The technical support representative will be responsible for leading the day-to-day support of our client's software and hardware products, ensuring a high quality of customer service. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, providing remote services and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 customer and technical support
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of client concerns
  • Coach clients in their onboarding journey
  • Support with client adoption of new features and functionality
  • Represent the voice of the customer in the product development process

Requirements:

  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a rotating schedule
  • Ability to learn and follow specific techniques
