Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide top-notch customer service and technical knowledge of related peripherals such as digital cameras, printers, networking and software programs.
  • To assist customers with their technology needs and offer solutions to their problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing retail business or the ability to work effectively in one.
  • A high level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge.
  • Technical knowledge of related peripherals.
  • Knowledge of Apple products is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays and late night shifts.
