Job Overview

As a senior corporate lawyer, you will partner closely with a high-calibre leadership team to deliver commercially focused legal support across transactions, governance, contracts, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, capital initiatives, joint ventures, and shareholder matters.
  • Advise on directors' duties, corporate structures, and ASX disclosure obligations, partnering closely with the Company Secretariat, Finance, and Strategy teams.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review a range of corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
  • Contribute to Board and committee reporting on governance and regulatory issues, ensuring compliance with ASX Listing Rules and governance standards.
  • Assist with key projects such as policy development, the annual general meeting, and investor engagement initiatives.
About You
  • A minimum of 6 years PQE in corporate law, with solid grounding in M&A and corporate governance from either private practice or a listed in-house environment.
  • A strong working knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
  • The ability to distil complex legal issues into clear, commercially pragmatic advice for senior executives.
  • A collaborative approach with a knack for building trusted relationships across the business.
