Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on impactful and market-shaping transactions as a key team member in a respected corporate law practice.

As an integral member of our expanding practice, you will act for domestic and global clients across various sectors including technology, finance, health, financial services, and retail.

You will experience significant hands-on experience as a lawyer in this team, including opportunities to build direct client relationships.

You will develop and refine your technical and commercial skills acting on corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, public and private capital raisings, and IPOs.

You will also advise on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism, and listing rules.

The role offers opportunities for secondments, collaborative working with other teams, and the chance to mentor junior lawyers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years' post-qualification experience within a distinguished corporate law practice;

- Genuine team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
