Mid-Senior Corporate Lawyer
This corporate lawyer role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a prestigious firm.
The ideal candidate will have between 3-7 years' experience in corporate law, with a strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, and corporate governance.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to work closely with partners and other senior associates on a range of corporate transactions, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general securities law matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing legal advice on corporate matters;
Assisting in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements;
Collaborating with other lawyers and professionals to achieve business objectives;
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
They will also have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
