
Commercial Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to assist in managing contract costs and preparing tender packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender package documentation.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure timely notices are issued.
- Maintain a register of all notices issued.
- Manage contracts in Maximo and the Contracts Register.
- Understand and interpret the scope of works for each subcontracted section.
- Ensure procurement schedules accurately reflect delivery requirements.
- Promptly address claims and disputes.
- Verify insurance coverage for all Sub Contracts.
- Develop tender documentation templates from standard contracts.
- Compile project performance information.
- Provide up-to-date contract information.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
- Postgraduate qualifications in related disciplines are highly regarded.
- Significant commercial administration experience is essential.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and contract management systems.
- Experience working on projects with various values and complexity.
- Familiarity with document control procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes.
