The Senior Contract Administrator role presents a unique opportunity to lead Commercial & Contract Administration for a portfolio of projects in Adelaide.
This position is suitable for a seasoned Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager with direct experience working for a leading contracting organisation.
As an influential leader, you will contribute positively to the internal and external site teams, and be part of the growth of the national business.

Main Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Review and improve contract administration mechanisms, ensuring seamless execution of commercial activities.
- Reporting: Ensure all client reporting requirements, including status, project, program, and risk reports, are comprehensive and submitted on time.
- Commercial Review: Conduct thorough reviews of Head Contracts, MSA's, and Agreements, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
- Project Support: Collaborate with upper management to ensure project commercial requirements and outcomes are met, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
- Subcontract Management: Implement and support subcontract management processes, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar commercial role, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting organisation.
- Skills: Analytical skills with high attention to detail, proficiency in financial and accounting principles, and ability to understand risks and limitations associated with project legal agreements.
- Qualifications: Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control applications, ability to engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and written and oral communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
