Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, overseeing commercial contracts and leading a team of experienced contract administrators.
- Lead a team of contract administrators in managing commercial contracts;
- Mentor and develop junior staff and engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Oversee the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules;
- Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims;
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants;
- Ensure the administration of the project HSE system is up to date;
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A degree qualification in construction management or an equivalent field;
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 head contractor;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognised Tier 1/2 builder;
- Exposure to high-rise hospital, pharmaceutical, or complex commercial projects valued $250m+;
- Knowledge of the South Australian construction market and subcontractors;
- Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
