The Role

As a Contract Coordinator, you will be a key player in the commercial team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to help deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing procurement, preparing and issuing contracts
  • Budget tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting
  • Administering contracts, variations, and claims
  • Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
  • Engaging with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Contributing to a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork
