About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Quinyx. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to our customers, ensuring timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all dependencies and risks are identified and mitigated.
  2. Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer project managers, providing regular status updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  4. Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Project Monitoring and Control: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including product management and development teams, to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product releases.
  7. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to bring in new customers and expand existing relationships.
Requirements
  1. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on cloud-based software solutions, preferably in HR Transformation.
  2. Technical Background: Good technical understanding of SaaS platform companies and experience working with complex data architectures.
  3. Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations, project plans, and multiple team resources.
  4. Consulting Experience: Experience in managing and driving projects across multiple geographies, with a focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
