About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Quinyx. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to our customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all key project activities, ensuring dependencies and risks are managed in line with key timelines.
  • Provide key status updates and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers' Project Managers and Steerco stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, budget, execute, and deliver Quinyx implementation projects.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Work with product management and development to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Quinyx product suite.
  • Support sales colleagues in bringing in new customers to Quinyx.
  • Represent the Quinyx culture and values to colleagues, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Experience with project management, communication, and customer leadership skills.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions, preferably related to HR Transformation.
  • Good technical background working for SaaS platform companies.
  • Consulting experience in managing and driving projects across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to get up to speed on complex concepts.
