We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Quinyx. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to our customers, ensuring timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and budget manage Quinyx implementation projects.
  • Act as the primary interface with customer project managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to track project progress.
  • Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors in project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Collaborate with product management and development to channel client feedback into future product releases.
  • Support sales colleagues in bringing in new customers to Quinyx.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, communication, and customer leadership.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions, preferably in HR Transformation.
  • Good technical background working with SaaS platform companies.
  • Consulting experience in managing projects across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to eliminate obstacles through creative thinking.
