We’re looking for a Project Technical Officer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about technology and innovation.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the charge in resolving technical issues, ensuring high-quality documentation and standards.
- Employ structured analysis and creativity to solve complex problems within tight deadlines.
- Oversee the implementation of new tech solutions, from infrastructure to software upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive inventories of software, hardware, and communication systems.
- Ensure ICT security is a top priority in all project phases.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proven success in managing and delivering ICT projects using various methodologies. (such as waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with hardware installation and maintenance, including servers, routers, and network equipment.
- Proficiency in RF, 4G LTE, or Satellite communications, with practical knowledge of system components.
- Leadership skills to guide multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with vendors and departmental teams.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in software system lifecycle management, including installation and testing.
- An Open Cabling Licence with endorsements.
- Familiarity with antennas, cabling systems, and related hardware.
