We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand our network of builders, architects and contractors.
This is a key role in helping us achieve our growth objectives and we are looking for someone who can make a real impact.
About the RoleIn this role you will be responsible for:
- Driving new business and expanding our network of builders, architects and contractors
- Managing key accounts and growing long-term partnerships
- Quoting and presenting tailored solutions to clients
- Tracking market trends and competitor activity
- Representing the company with professionalism at meetings, site visits and industry events
You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement business strategies that deliver results.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need:
- 3-5 years experience in B2B sales or business development (building, construction, fit-out)
- A strong local network with builders, architects or contractors
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship skills
- A driver's licence (essential for representing the company at meetings and events)
