Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive the expansion of our current client base and forge new relationships with key stakeholders in the timber and wood supply industry.

This role requires a unique blend of exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of digital systems, and the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and engage with potential building partners and resellers
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract new business
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience working with CRM systems and digital tools. They will be results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Based at our logistics hub, this role offers a competitive salary and performance-based commission structure. Successful candidates can expect a generous compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for inbound corporate and commercial leads within Victoria
  • Foster and retain existing relationships with corporate clients
  • Identify and engage with potential building partners and resellers
  • Identify and pursue tender opportunities within Victoria
  • Identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience dealing with retail and corporate clients, preferably in the timber/wood supply industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and engaging phone manner
  • Experience using CRM and digital systems
  • Basic to intermediate computer literacy
