Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective talent development and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers across the employment life cycle.
  • Performance Management: Coach and support managers and employees in developing their leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on high-performance culture and consistent performance management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in generalist HR roles, with a proven track record in developing and maintaining highly effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary HR strategies and practices, including strong performance management and employee relations experience.
