We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Wheelchair Transport Service, Inc. in a rapidly growing customer service project. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

About the Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Record customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information.
  • Assist customers with payments and account-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a call center environment or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Motivated to deliver and achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
