The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or a related industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
