About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time business development and sales role responsible for driving growth and cultivating strategic partnerships.

You will be instrumental in managing our existing customer base, developing a robust project pipeline, and actively expanding our client relationships. The ideal candidate is a commercially aware, self-starting team player who thrives on direct stakeholder engagement and is committed to exceeding both customer and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery from start to finish.
  • Manage an extensive business development program, including the planning and coordination of corporate events and suites.
  • Implement and maintain effective customer service strategies, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Manage and grow our customer list, including key stakeholders, and develop strategic engagement plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
  • Represent the business at trade events and functions to expand our network and brand presence.
  • Work closely with the Bid and Marketing Managers to prepare customer presentations.
  • Report monthly on strategic progress.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in sales or business development within the commercial construction industry.
  • Understanding of commercial construction process, building trades and commercial frameworks.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
