Drive Growth and Enhance Customer Relationships
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales growth for our service centre in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing select accounts that are critical to the success of our business.
You will work closely with client managers to secure repair opportunities, build customer knowledge, and create new market opportunities. Your analytical and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop and promote campaigns and strategies to drive sales, while maintaining timely market and competitive analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for our service centre
- Manage select accounts that are key to the success of our business
- Collaborate with client managers to secure repair opportunities
- Build customer knowledge and create new market opportunities
- Enhance customer relationships and satisfaction
- Develop and promote campaigns and strategies to drive sales
- Maintain timely market and competitive analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or minimum 5 years of technical experience in the energy industry
- Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment, with experience on steam turbines and compressors preferred
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organizations
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling
- Proven track record of profitable business growth
- Good understanding of the oil & gas and industrial markets in Australia with extensive relationships across customer organizations
- Customer-oriented with strong customer interface skills
- Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution and contract negotiation
- Team player who can influence and collaborate with multiple external and internal stakeholders
