Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished sales leader to join our team as our Head of Growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for securing new clients, identifying, attracting, selecting, and recruiting regional operators, and setting up our franchise system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new clients for the full JTAC offer
  • Identify, attract, select, and recruit regional operators across Australia and New Zealand
  • Set up our franchise system and lead the growth and development of our franchise network
  • Contribute to the development of our business strategy and growth plans
  • Work closely with our leadership team to drive the growth and expansion of our business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and business development
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expansion in a sales or business development role
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and management skills
