Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
- 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations, preferably in the flavor and fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
