About the Role

As the Head of Growth and Expansion at Justified Talent Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion plans. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a leading sales recruitment and support business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new clients for the full JTAC offer, including sales recruitment and support services.
  • Identify, attract, select, and recruit regional operators for the A/NZ region.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's franchise system, including setting up and managing franchisees.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business growth and expansion objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans, including sales targets, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including hiring, firing, managing, leading, coaching, counseling, and performance-managing sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales recruitment and support services, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
